Out of the box, Drupal makes a great blog. While the permissions needed to make wiki pages are there, a few modules and a bit of structuring are all that's needed to create something that is more familiar to users of other wikis. We'll go over the modules needed and how to create views and tweak a theme to make it easy and clear for any user to collaboratively edit pages.

If there is interest, we can also talk about converting from other wiki software (please comment).
