This session will go over best practices for building modules, focusing on modules that are contributed back to the module soup on drupal.org. It will include best practices, code techniques, community actions, critiques, and a motley crew of tips for developing a user friendly, developer friendly, contributed module.

This will be an overview and will not get into code specifics (maybe some quick examples), but it is expected that you have looked at module code before and understand the basics of how Drupal's API works.
