About DrupalCampWI

About

DrupalCampWI is an annual conference organized by the members of the Wisconsin Drupal group.

DrupalCampWI is an open space conference, in the style of BarCamp. While DrupalCampWI will have more pre-planning of sessions, the event aims to engage participants in an open, accessible learning community to improve our collective Drupal knowledge.

Since this is a free event (and entirely volunteer driven), all we ask in exchange is your participation. This could include offering to lead a session, actively fixing something you notice is broken, helping out at the registration desk, bringing extra supplies (if needed), or as simple as picking up after yourself.

This year's event will take place on Friday, July 23rd and Saturday, July 24th on the University of Wisconsin - Madison campus. The event will run roughly from 9-6 each day. We're hoping to have at least three tracks of sessions (one for coders, one for non-coders, one for more ad-hoc Birds of a Feather sessions), but that largely depends on the types of proposed sessions.
